Tenants

ALL AVAILABLE PROPERTIES ARE LISTED ON THE WEB SITE WHICH IS UPDATED DAILY.  Application is required for a credit and criminal check before a lease can be signed.  Application fee is $50.00 per person, $60.00 per married couple.  Lease terms are one year and a deposit equal to one month's rent is required at lease signing.  Deposits are fully refundable upon move out provided that proper notice is given and there is no damage to the unit that is being vacated.  We will gladly hold any property for you for thiry (30) days, with a signed lease and deposit.  Some properties will accept pets with a non-refundale pet fee that varies by property.  Below are some links that may be helpful to you, whether you are looking for a new home or are one of our present tenants. 

The City of Raleigh has recently passed a new PROP (Probationary Occupancy Permit Ordinance) ordinance.  Faliure to comply with this ordinance can result in fines for both owners and tenants!
